Virtual Package: Terms of service

Our Virtual Design Packages were created for clients who want to work with a Designer in the traditional way, but desire a smaller budget than the typical cost of designing and decorating a space. It means that you work with a professional Designer to create a room in your home, while also being involved in the project yourself. 

Custom Design Packages and Rendering Updates:

The Home House and Decor Virtual Design Packages includes a custom Creative Portfolio with 4k renderings unique to each client. Within your portfolio you will find your custom design renderings with different angles of your room, helpful designer tips from your designer, and a custom Shopping List with furniture placement guide (Platinum Package Only). We do our best to customize each design based on your unique needs and likes. With the Gold and Platinum Virtual design packages, you will be able to request changes to your renderings, up to 2 time for the Gold Package and up to 3 times for the Silver Package.  If any revisions are requested, they must be done within 7 days. 

Furniture and Measurements

We provide a floor plan based on the measurements you send to us. Home House and Décor will use the measurements and pictures you supply, plus your response to our questions during your Design Consultation, to plan and source furnishings for your project.Be sure to measure ceiling heights and wall widths. It is entirely up to you to provide this information to ensure that items fit in your home. Upon receipt of your order and payment, and the completion of our Virtual Design Consultation call, we will send you your completed room package within 2 weeks. 

Home House and Décor is not responsible for furniture purchases made from the shopping list. It is the client’s decision to complete any furniture purchase from the shopping list and such purchases are to be made and handled with the vendor from which the client purchases from. 

I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL FURNISH THE INFORMATION REQUESTED BY HOME HOUSE AND DÉCOR IN ORDER FOR THEM TO CREATE MY PERSONALIZED DESIGN AND/OR ROOM PACKAGE. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND THE DESIGN SOLELY RELIES ON THIS INFORMATION.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMPLETED DESIGN WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME EITHER THROUGH EMAIL OR A PRIVATE PAGE ON THE GALIATEA WEBSITE. THERE IS NO FACE TO FACE MEETING (UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AGREED AND PAYMENT RECEIVED), AND THE DESIGN WILL BE IMPLEMENTED BY ME. 

I UNDERSTAND THAT REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE UP TO 48 HOURS OF PAYMENT FOR VIRTUAL DESIGN PACKAGES
